The Senate Committee on Environment and Agriculture will hear testimony on Plastic Waste Reduction legislation, S2314, on Wednesday April 2, 2014 at the Rise of the Senate in Room 313 at the State House.
S2314 would establish a plan for a gradual ban on the use of disposable plastic checkout bags by retail establishments. ECRI supports S2314 as part of it's 2014 Legislative Agenda.
