This organization has successfully completed its mission and in 2012, its programs transitioned to several other organizations.

• The RI Farm to School Project will become part of Farm Fresh RI
• Support and assistance to school food service will be taken on by the RI Community Food Bank
• Leadership and statewide coordination of school health goals will continue on through the RI Healthy Schools Coalition - Save the Date for their Annual Breakfast for School Leaders - September 27
• A Physical Education research project currently testing an on-site coach for PE teachers continues at the Institute for Community Health Promotion at Brown University
• The RI Department of Health is taking over the RI Approved Product List
• The RI Department of Health, in partnership with the RI Department of Education will continue to support and check in on District Wellness Committees
